TERMS

SHIPPING

We strive to ship all orders placed before 2 PM EST on the same day; however, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed.

Orders are processed strictly in the order they are received. For the best possibility of same-day shipment, customers are encouraged to place orders as early as possible during the day.

Vitalo Impex  is not responsible for any delays, loss, damage, or non-delivery caused by the selected shipping carrier.

All goods are shipped FOB origin.


RETURNS

All return requests must be submitted within ten (10) days from the date the merchandise is received. Every return requires a written authorization number before being sent back.

You can request authorization by contacting info@VitaloImpex.com if you did not receive confirmation.

Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with applicable freight charges. Packages or cartons without proper markings or authorization numbers will be refused.

Items that have been altered in any way — including screen printing, embroidery, relabeling, washing, dyeing, or embellishment — will not be accepted for return. Customers should carefully inspect all merchandise before any decoration or modification is performed.

Only items that remain completely unaltered will be eligible for return consideration. Samples and clearance products cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for examining all merchandise upon delivery. Any claims for defects, damage, or late delivery must be submitted in writing within ten (10) days of receiving the shipment.


DISCLAIMER

Vitalo Impex  cannot guarantee exact consistency in size, construction, color, or shade within stock inventory.

The company disclaims all expressed and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. These warranties are excluded from all transactions between the client and Vitalo Impex  and do not apply to products sold by the company.

Prices may change without prior notice. Merchandise will be invoiced according to the price valid at the time the order is shipped.

Vitalo Impex  reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue any style, color, size, or fabric. All orders remain subject to product availability.

The client is responsible for all shipping and freight charges, FOB Vitalo Impex  warehouse.


REFUND POLICY

Vitalo Impex  is committed to maintaining high customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients. However, in certain circumstances, refunds may be issued according to the policies outlined below.


PARTIAL REFUND

A partial refund may be issued if a customer has received a product sample but decides not to proceed with the bulk order for any reason.

The refund will be processed within one working week, after deducting the cost of manufacturing the sample from the total payment.

Please note that refunds requested solely due to change of mind are not accepted.


FULL REFUND

A full refund may be granted if a customer cancels their order within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Once this time period has passed, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

Additionally, refunds will not be issued once the products have been completed or shipped to the customer.


DISCLAIMER

If a customer identifies defects or imperfections in the received order, a replacement may be provided after the issue has been properly evaluated.

Please note that in replacement cases, shipping and courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer.


CLAIMS

Any claims related to shortages or defective merchandise must be submitted within ten (10) days of receiving the shipment.

The seller will not be responsible for shortages when shipments are delivered to a third party location other than the customer.


SAMPLES

Sample orders are shipped at individual piece pricing plus freight charges.

Samples cannot be returned. Each sample will be labeled with its style number, description, color, and size.

Please note that sample charges are non-refundable. Once a sample order has been placed and processed, the associated costs are final. Customers are encouraged to review their selections carefully before ordering samples to ensure satisfaction.


CONFIRMATIONS

If you do not receive an order confirmation, it means the order was not successfully received.

Vitalo Impex  will not cover costs for expedited shipping on orders that were not confirmed.


NO LIABILITY FOR OUTSIDE VENDORS

The seller will not be held responsible for any services or work performed by third-party vendors.

By engaging such vendors, the client waives any right to file claims against the seller for work completed by external parties, including claims related to negligent referral, agency, or respondent superior.


DISCHARGE PRINTING

Our dark-colored garments are suitable for discharge printing.

Customers are strongly advised to test samples before moving forward with full production runs.


GARMENT SPECIFICATIONS

Vitalo Impex  periodically updates garment specifications. Current inventory may contain items produced under earlier specifications.

Orders are shipped according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method.
